Salon Etiquette & Policies

Our courteous staff is available to answer any questions you may have. For the comfort of our clients please do not approach the staff, while they are servicing a client.

Children & Visitor

For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, we have a NO CHILDREN policy.

This policy is strictly enforced. Salon seating is reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors that are not receiving services.

Appointments & Cancellations

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. To avoid being charged for canceled reservations, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All services require a 24 hour cancellation notice or there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total scheduled service price.

Late Policy

We allow a 10 minute grace period, after which your service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment, but this is not always possible. Last minute changes to appointments will only be honored, if a service appointment is available for a later time.

In order to ensure a relaxing experience for all our clients, please be mindful of your tone while in the pedicure area. Please make calls brief to avoid discomfort to other clients.
